This course will help you to relax in different ways and demonstrate how essential oils can help calm and ground us.

During this course you will:

  • practice a variety of relaxation techniques,
  • learn about different essential oils,
  • understand how aromatherapy can help us both physically and mentally.

Course starts: 15th September 2022.

Session times: Thursdays 10am-12noon.

Course length: 10 weeks.

Great community centre! Always lots on here ranging from cscs courses, sia courses and lots more with friendly, helpful staff who go out of there way to make sure you get what you need or a way to help. The on site cafe/snack bar is cheap and has a good selection. Also has a food bank and close by is a nursery and st George's church itself. Give these a try see for yourself x
