CHAT – change, hope and transition.
If you’re going through something that’s affecting your ability to cope (which sadly we all do at some point), you can get support at our CHAT drop-in. Perhaps you’re worried after losing your job, down about a health condition or struggling to keep going when you’re grieving, having a safe space to share concerns with others can make a surprisingly big difference to your state of mind.
You can also book in 1-to-1s with the CHAT worker, who will listen to your concerns, work with you to create your personal action plan and suggest options for further support as needed.
