Feeling overwhelmed by digital or IT elements of working?  This could be the course for you.

By the end of the course you will have achieved Level 1 awards in:

  1. Employability IT units: IT User Fundamentals, Using the Internet, Using email,

  2. Customer Service,

  3. Creating an Online Profile Using Social Media,

  4. Maintaining Personal Well-Being.

Course starts: 20th September 2022.

Sessions run: Tuesdays 9.30am -2:30pm.

Course length: 8 weeks.
