This Wakefield ESOL course supports people who have limited English skills to develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Learners who attend this course will be supported to progress onto a higher level course and be able to access local services confidently.

Entry level 2 preparation course (non-accredited)

Course runs: Fridays 9.30am-2pm for 20 weeks from 3rd October 2025.

Cost: Free if you are aged 19+, on a low income, receiving benefits.

Great community centre! Always lots on here ranging from cscs courses, sia courses and lots more with friendly, helpful staff who go out of there way to make sure you get what you need or a way to help. The on site cafe/snack bar is cheap and has a good selection. Also has a food bank and close by is a nursery and st George's church itself. Give these a try see for yourself x
