Enjoy making simple movements to warm up your body, loosen your joints and muscles and bring your mind’s focus to your body and breath. Tai Chi uses gentle stretches to free you from distractions, allowing you to relax and de-stress. Suitable for beginners.
Course runs Wednesdays 1-3pm from 2nd November – 14th December 2022.
