Aged 11-18? This is your space to come and chill out. Join us every Monday at Jubilee Hall.
We will be offering free refreshments and tuck shop at St George's, as well as fun activities and games. Meet friends, have fun. Ages 7-11.

Chair exercise is a gentle exercise that improves and maintains flexibility, as well as: improving your coordination, increasing your strength, improving your posture, gaining confidence, improving your circulation, maintaining balance, raising your self esteem.
