Chair exercise is a gentle exercise that improves and maintains flexibility, as well as: improving your coordination, increasing your strength, improving your posture, gaining confidence, improving your circulation, maintaining balance, raising your self esteem. Join us at St George's for these weekly sessions that cost £4 per person.
