Wellbeing

We know how important it is for everyone to stay connected – whether that’s meeting people for a cuppa, getting advice when you’re worried or enjoying a shared hobby with others.  That’s why our wellbeing service runs groups, activities and support sessions for adults.  From coffee mornings to exercise classes, there’s a little bit of something for everyone.

WE CAN HELP YOU FEEL GOOD

Our activities offer a space to chat, laugh, play, learn, share and smile.  There are lots of benefits to coming to our wellbeing groups, such as:

  • Getting out of the house to come to a group is a great way to keep your body and brain active.

  • Trying something new can feel scary, but is a great way to build self-esteem and confidence.

  • Joining activities in your local community also helps build connections through shared experiences with friends and neighbours.
